Pledge to Clients: My promise to you is that no one will work harder for you than me. Having farmed for 25 years, I know that every dollar is important to you, whether you are buying or selling, and I will roll up my sleeves and get after your project! I also understand that your time is what's important, so I will be organized, thorough and efficient. Having lived in Enterprise all my life, nobody knows the area better than I do. I have built my reputation with "my word as my bond" so let me go to work for you!

Professional Experience: I owned and operated Ray Boyd Farms/One Way Angus cattle farm until retirement, earning numerous top production and management awards. I also held many leadership roles in related associations.

Being the licensed contractor of Boyd Construction, LLC, as well as the developer of Bridlewood Farms subdivision, Forehand Loop, and Hampton Place, I will put my knowledge and experience to work for you!

Education: Our school system is our city's best asset. My family and I are products of Enterprise City Schools and Enterprise Community College. We know firsthand how blessed we are to have leadership in our schools that are committed to keeping our school system one of the best in the state! In a 3 year period, Enterprise has invested $13 million on an early education (kindergarten) center, $13.4 million constructing Hillcrest Elementary School, and will complete Enterprise High School in 2010 with a projected cost of $114 million. All of these new schools have been built while still adding upgrades to our other schools and facilities! Enterprise is definetely where you will want to raise your children!

Interests: I enjoy spending my time with my family. Sherri, my wife of 28 years, and I were high school sweethearts. We have two children, a son who graduated from Auburn and a daughter who is a junior at the University of Alabama. We both have family who have been residents of this area for 5 generations.

I am active at Hillcrest Baptist Church where I am a deacon, the Director of the Student Division for Sunday School, and I also sing in the choir (but not to loud)!
